Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team of creatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with an emphasis on managing design systems. You will work closely with other product creatives, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch digital experiences for our users.
Responsibilities within the team:
1. User Interface Design:
- Design clean, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs and product goals. Ensure the interface is user-friendly and visually consistent across all devices and platforms, balancing a visually immersive experience with functionality to meet product requirements.
- Ensure that designs are aligned with brand guidelines and appeal to the target audience.
- Design reusable UI components and patterns that can be implemented across different products and platforms, ensuring a consistent user experience.
2. Design Systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems
- Assist with implementing and maintaining a multi-brand design system to ensure consistency across all products
- Create and document components, patterns, and design guidelines for use by the design and development teams
- Regularly update and refine the design system based on feedback and evolving brand.
- Using Design Tokens Studio (or design tokens/variables in general) and a basic understanding of Git & versioning is a strong plus.
3. Visual Design:
- Ensure a cohesive and visually appealing design across all digital platforms and brand promotional materials.
- Create visually stunning interfaces and graphics that align with our brand identity and enhance the gaming experience.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Effectively communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders, leveraging design principles, user research, and data to align with product and business goals.
5. Prototyping and Testing:
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and test results to enhance the user experience.
Skills and Requirements for the role:
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, iGaming or related industry would be nice to have
Proven track record of managing design systems and delivering successful digital products
Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
Excellent understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Could bring additional value:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and understanding of front-end development processes and constraints is a plus
