Position Overview:

The Product Data Analyst will act as the dedicated owner of Amplitude analytics across multiple teams, including Product, Analytics, CRM, and Operations. The role ensures consistent tracking, reliable reporting, and actionable insights that support product performance, player behavior understanding, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities within the team:

Amplitude Ownership & Data Infrastructure

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Amplitude tracking across all products and brands

  • Ensure consistent event taxonomy, data quality, and systematic setup

  • Implement and manage dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting

Data Delivery & Reporting

  • Provide daily, reliable data outputs for all relevant stakeholders

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of analytics deliverables

  • Reduce delays in retrieving product and player behavior data

Insights & Decision Support

  • Generate actionable insights to support:

  • Player acquisition,

  • Conversion funnel optimization,

  • Retention and lifecycle strategies,

  • CRM and operational improvements.

  • Identify behavioral patterns and opportunities to increase conversion and retention

  • Enable data‑driven decision‑making across teams through Amplitude insights

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, BI, CRM, and Operations to align tracking and reporting needs

  • Support product managers by taking ownership of deep‑dive analytics tasks

  • Ensure consistent reporting and shared visibility across departments

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Relevant experience in Product Analytics, BI, CRM analytics, or Operations analytics

  • Strong experience with Amplitude (event tracking, funnels, cohorts, dashboards, alerts)

  • Experience in digital product environments with a focus on user behavior and funnels

  • Ability to design and maintain scalable tracking frameworks

  • Solid understanding of product analytics and user behavior metrics

  • Experience translating data into actionable insights

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage diverse stakeholder needs

  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively

  • High ownership mindset and ability to independently manage the analytics ecosystem
