Position Overview:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related projects across the company. This role requires balancing technical understanding with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities within the team:

• Own ongoing projects’ progress and delivery, and collaborate closely with technical teams

• Intune: Manage timelines and progress for workstation adherence, mobile device enrollment, cleanup processes, and task handover to the helpdesk

• Websites: Coordinate the development and delivery of all company-related websites, ensuring alignment of timelines with marketing and design teams, providing necessary resources to the development team, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed

• Analytics cluster infrastructure (Tableau): coordinate project initiation based on hardware delivery and sysadmin availability, align with data analysts, and report progress

• External offices: manage IT services deployment (network infrastructure, ISP, local services, contractors) and remote workstation enrollment with Intune, antivirus, and authentication tools

• Internal website deployment: collaborate with operational departments for data collection, coordinate developers and designers, and ensure deliverables are on schedule

• Track automation initiatives with HR, Admin, and other departments (onboarding, offboarding, migrations)

• Ensure all projects align with the IT department strategy and overall company direction

• Allocate resources and communicate regularly with other departments regarding project timelines, blockers, and deliverables.

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management or a similar technical coordination role

• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and service management

• Medium to senior level technical knowledge, including:

  • workstation management: MS Intune, MS Active Directory, MS Azure, Windows, MacOS

  • Web & infrastructure concepts: WordPress, hosting, DNS, SSL, HTTP

  • Networking & security basics: firewall, IP, ports, subnets, routing, switching

  • Cybersecurity fundamentals: malware, phishing, IPS/IDS

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of project management principles, maintaining control over deliverables and deadlines while managing multiple initiatives effectively in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.

• Highly organized and collaborative, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver measurable, high-quality outcomes

• A true team player with a constructive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and excellent communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders, management, and technical teams.
