Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for the iGaming industry to lead the development and optimization of our gaming products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the product lifecycle, from concept and design through to development, launch, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in delivering engaging and innovative gaming experiences, improving product performance, and driving business growth in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities within the team:

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our brands, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market demands

Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs

Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, analytics, marketing, and operations) to conceptualize, develop, and launch new features, products, and enhancements

Lead product development processes using Agile methodologies, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of product releases

Track and analyze product performance through KPIs, user engagement data, and revenue metrics. Propose and implement data-driven improvements to optimize the product and drive growth

Act as the bridge between business, technical, and operational teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives across departments

Ensure all products adhere to industry regulations and compliance requirements in different markets
Job requirements
Facing the challenges of the role requires:

4+ years of product management experience

2+ years of experience within the iGaming industry

Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player behavior, market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory frameworks

Proven ability to analyze product performance using KPIs, user analytics, and data-driven insights to guide decision-making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Advanced level of English
